SUJ2 bearing steel is a high-carbon chromium alloy bearing steel. Its chemical composition ratio is specific. After quenching and tempering, it has high hardness and uniform hardness distribution, high wear resistance and contact fatigue strength, and good fatigue resistance. Whether in high-speed rotating bearings or in mechanical parts under heavy loads, it can show long-lasting durability. After spheroidizing annealing, it has good machinability, which provides convenience for manufacturing various complex-shaped parts.

Application: Mainly used to manufacture various bearing rings, steel balls, rollers, sleeves, etc.; widely used in automobile manufacturing, machinery manufacturing, molds and other fields.

Heat treatment specifications: Usually quenched at 850-860℃, oil cooled; tempered at 160℃ for 2h, the metallographic structure is tempered martensite.

Delivery status: There are eight types: hot-rolled (forged) annealed, non-annealed, annealed peeled steel, cold-drawn (rolled) round steel, polished round steel, hot-rolled steel pipe, annealed peeled steel pipe, cold-drawn (rolled) steel pipe.
