SCM440

SCM440 is an alloy structural steel wire. The careful blending of its chemical composition gives SCM440 wire excellent heat resistance, wear resistance and corrosion resistance, and the tensile strength of more than 1080MPa enables it to withstand huge tension and pressure; SCM440 wire has little tendency to temper brittleness. After heat treatment, its performance is more stable and reliable, and it can still maintain excellent processing performance under high temperature environment, which makes it possible to realize complex processes.

Manufacturing specifications M18~M30 performance grade 12.9 hexagonal flange bolts, hexagonal head bolts, stud bolts and high-strength bolts with small head deformation, the application temperature range is -65°C~+400°C.
