ML20MnVB is a boron-containing quenched and tempered alloy steel wire for cold heading and cold extrusion. It has good cold deformation performance. The hot-rolled wire rod can be directly drawn and cold headed, and can easily cope with 1/2 cold forging without cracking. It has high strength, certain toughness and plasticity, and relatively small tendency of quenching deformation and cracking. Trace element boron can greatly improve the hardenability of steel, which provides great convenience for subsequent processing and use.
