ML20MnTiB wire is a boron-containing quenched and tempered steel wire for cold heading and cold extrusion. ML20MnTiB wire uses a small amount of boron to replace a large amount of alloying elements, and has low carbon and alloying element content. It has excellent cold deformation performance and toughness. It can easily cope with both cold heading and cold extrusion, and has a very small tendency to quench deformation and cracking during processing; the feasibility of water quenching also makes heat treatment simpler and more efficient, greatly improving the working environment and reducing costs. And it has good comprehensive mechanical properties and low decarburization sensitivity.
Manufacture hexagonal flange bolts, hexagonal head bolts, stud bolts and high-strength bolts with large head deformation of performance grade 10.9 with specifications below M24, application temperature 300°C.
