Application areas: Applicable to the manufacture of spring parts in the industrial field, large and important coiled springs, parts of cold heading dies, cold drawing dies and other cold working dies, etc.; widely used in automobiles, railways, machinery and other fields.

Heat treatment specifications: 

-Quenching: Heat to 830-860℃, keep warm for a period of time and then cool in oil or air. Quenching can make the steel obtain higher hardness and strength.

-Tempering: Temper immediately after quenching, heat to 150-200℃, keep warm for 2-3 hours, and then cool in air or water. Tempering can reduce the brittleness of steel, improve its toughness and plasticity, and eliminate quenching stress, and stabilize the organization and performance of steel.

Mechanical properties:

-Tensile strength: ≥950MPa;

-Fatigue limit: ≥10MPa;

-Elongation or elongation after fracture: ≥3%;

-Hardness: ≤32HRC (Rockwell hardness).
