Application areas: Suitable for manufacturing springs that withstand high stress and working temperature below 300-350℃, chisels, needles, shafts, gears, etc. for fitters; widely used in automobiles, machinery and other fields.
Processing technology:
-Heat treatment: Usually a heat treatment process of quenching and medium-temperature tempering is used. The quenching temperature is generally 870℃±20℃, oil-cooled quenching; the tempering temperature is 420℃±50℃ (±30℃ when special needs are needed).
-Cold processing: The cold processing performance is good, and cold drawing, cold rolling and other processing processes can be carried out to obtain the required size and shape.
Mechanical properties:
-Yield strength: ≥1568MPa (160kgf/mm²).
-Elongation: ≥6%.
-Sectional shrinkage: ≥20%.
-Hardness 23: Under hot-rolled heating treatment, the hardness is ≤321HB; under cold-drawn heating treatment, the hardness is also ≤321HB.
