45Mn2 wire is an alloy structural steel wire. This wire belongs to medium carbon quenched and tempered steel with high strength, wear resistance and hardenability. The critical hardenability diameter in oil is 10-25mm, and the critical hardenability diameter in water is 22-45mm; good wear resistance reduces the wear and replacement frequency of parts and reduces the cost of use; good machinability makes it smoother during mechanical processing and improves production efficiency, but it has overheat sensitivity and temper brittleness during heat treatment, is prone to cracking in water quenching, is sensitive to white spots, and has low weldability and cold deformation plasticity. We will strictly control reasonable processing and heat treatment to ensure product quality and safety.
