10B30 is a low alloy cold heading steel wire with excellent performance. It has high steel purity and small decarburization layer, ensuring the uniformity and purity of the material; fewer surface defects and low cold heading cracking rate make the processing process smoother and more efficient; at the same time, the original hardness of the wire rod is low, which is conducive to subsequent processing. After heat treatment, it can obtain higher strength and better hardenability. 10B30 wire can be processed by spheroidizing annealing, wire drawing and other processing to meet different production needs; when it is formed by metal plastic processing with one or more impact loading at room temperature, it can withstand large deformation and high deformation speed.
